And I can totally relate.. I always felt so guilty drawing my own stuff during 2nd yr.. but 3rd yr should be a whole lot better :)! (I find I actually have time to draw my own art now!)

Don't feel guilty about drawing for your own pleasure during 2nd Year - that's what your sketchbooks are for. When I do the Sketchbook Review at the end of first semester, seeing your personal art is a pleasure for me, and it helps me to gain a better understanding of each student. Draw away! :)
